This earl grey syrup comes together with 3 simple ingredients and is so easy to make! Perfect for adding to lattes, teas, cocktails, sodas, or drizzled over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, and more!

- 1½ cup water boiled and hot
- 4 bags earl grey tea
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- To a small pot, add hot boiled water and four tea bags. Steep the earl grey tea bags for 4 to 5 minutes before discarding the tea bags.
- Add the sugar to the pot and simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, making sure to stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Let the syrup cool to room temperature and transfer to an airtight container before storing in the fridge or using.
Notes
- I usually use two tablespoons per serving for my drinks.
