  • ½ cup kalamata olives 90 grams, pitted
  • 7 fig 100 grams, dried, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shallot about ½ a shallot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary minced fresh

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until you get a beautiful creamy paste.
  3. Transfer to a small serving bowl or ramekin.
