  • 1 cup butter at room temperature, unsalted
  • 1 cup PLAIN yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 large egg from 1 large egg, white
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste or quality vanilla extract

Frosting:

  • 1 cup butter at room temperature, unsalted
  • 3-4 cups confectioners sugar aka icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste or quality vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbsp whipping cream
  • mini eggs from a family size bag
  • 4-6 drops gel frosting color optional, only for the whiskers, black
