A colorful platter of fruit for Easter brunch.

Ingredients
- 8 cups (1200g) chopped fruit grapes, melons, strawberries halved or whole, pineapple and berries
- ½ small watermelon cut into rounds
- 3 slices pineapple
- ½ cup (122g) yogurt to serve as dip
- chocolate Easter candies optional

Instructions
- Slice the watermelon and pineapple into circles.
- Use Easter bunny cookie cutters to cut the fruit slices into bunnies and bunny’s ears.
- Chop other fruits.
- Arrange chopped fruit and the fruit bunnies onto a platter with the yogurt dip and chocolate candies.
- Alternately, you can arrange the fruit in the shape of a bunny by grouping like fruits together to form the bunny face, bunny’s ears and even whiskers.
Notes
- Wash and dry all of the fruit.
- Cut the watermelon and pineapple into thick rounds to cut out the bunny shape with the cookie cutters.
- Look for seedless watermelon when possible.
- Prep fruit up to 3 days in advance, but store each kind of fruit in a separate container.
- Arrange the fruit just before serving.
- Keep the fruit cold by placing the tray over a tray of ice.
- Add toothpicks or tongs for serving the fruit.
- There is 1 WW Blue Plan SmartPoint in one serving of this.
