  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste, powder or beans from 2 pods, unsure about extract

Frosting:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 3-4 cups confectioners sugar aka icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste, powder or beans from 2 pods, unsure about extract
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • 36 Cadbury Mini Eggs optional
