Ingredients

  • Peeps candy bunny shaped
  • strawberries
  • cantaloupe
  • blueberries
  • grapes seedless

Instructions

  1. Prep The Fruit - Wash and dry all of the fruit you will be using. Cut the tops off the strawberries and cut cantaloupe into bite size pieces.
  2. Prep The Candy - Carefully separate the Peeps from each other so they will be ready to use.
  3. Build Your Kabobs - Add the ingredients to your bamboo skewers. We went in this order (from bottom to top): blue Peeps bunny, 2 blueberries, 2 grapes, 1 piece of cantaloupe, 1 strawberry, pink Peeps bunny.

Notes

  • Prep Tips:
  • These fruit kabobs are best enjoyed the day that you make them. The Peeps marshmallows will start to harden if left out for more than a day. The fruit portion of the kabobs could potentially be prepped the night before, and then add the Peeps when you're ready to serve.
  • Fruit - We used what we had on hand, and you can too! Pineapple chunks, red seedless grapes, raspberries, and/or blackberries would all work well for this recipe. Skewers - We used the 12-inch bamboo skewers for this recipe. The 10-inch size would probably work too, but would leave less room for holding them. If serving these for kids, you may want to trim the sharp ends after you've assembled everything. Storage - These fruit kabobs are best enjoyed the day that you make them.
