Easy 3 Ingredient Dulce De Leche Muffins

These easy Dulce De Leche Muffins only require 3 ingredients and less than 20 minutes from prep to baking. So sweet and delicious! A hit in any brunch.

Ingredients
- 13.4 oz dulce de Leche 1 can
- 1 Cup self rising flour substitute below
- 6 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F
- Line a greased muffin tin with muffin cups (optional)
- In a big bowl using a mixer whip the eggs until nice and fluffy. 3-4 Minutes
- Add the can of Dulce the Leche and keep mixing until batter is uniform
- Lower the speed of the mixer and add the flour. Mix until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX
- Pour the batter into each muffin cup filling them up until 3/4 full
- Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes. They will be ready when tops are golden brown.
Notes
- *You can substitute self rising flour with 1/2 ts. of baking power, 1/2 ts. of salt and 1 cup of all purpose flour.
