This grilled Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is so easy to make and so good! Spice it up the way you like, and enjoy as an appetizer, snack or side!

Ingredients
- 3 ears sweet corn on the cob
- 1 teaspoon oil for spraying, optional
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter or vegan butter/oil, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder or paprika, optional
- 1/2 lime optional
- 1 teaspoon cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Remove the husk and silk from the corn ears. You can rinse the ears to remove any dirt. Then dry with a paper towel. If you like, remove the stems or cut the ears in half.
- You can either spray with oil or not (The corn can be crispier if you use oil). Then place the corn in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (200°C) for 13-15 minutes, turning in between at least once.
- Transfer the cooked corn onto a large plate. Brush with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy as is or make it spicy as below.
- Optionally, you can mix salt, pepper and red chili powder in a small bowl. Then sprinkle the mixture on the corn. Or use dip half a lime in the spice mix, and rub the lime over the corn. Garnish with chopped cilantro. This is Indian street style spiced corn.
- Serve immediately while the corn is warm!

- Variations:
- Do not overcrowd the Air Fryer basket. Cook in a single layer. If needed, cook in multiple batches.
- Check the corn frequently towards the end after 12 minutes, and cook to the texture of your liking.
- You can skip the spice and top with some parmesan
- Make it Mexican street corn: Brush corn with a layer of mayo. Sprinkle chili powder and cotija cheese and cilantro. Sprinkle some lime juice and serve.
