Description

The finished nachos serve well alongside classic toppings such as guacamole, diced tomatoes, jalapeño slices, cilantro, and sour cream. This method provides a quick way to enjoy a familiar snack with a nicely balanced crispy and gooey texture throughout.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) tortilla chips or corn chips
- 3 cups cheese shredded or grated
- 2 cups mexican corn mix I used a frozen Mexican corn mix but you can use frozen/fresh/canned corn as substitute
To serve
- guacamole
- diced tomatoes
- red onion diced
- jalapeño sliced
- cilantro or coriander
- sour cream
Instructions
- Line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper or use an air fryer liner.
- Layer the chips with the cheese and corn, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
- Air fry at 375°F/190°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown on top and melty throughout.
- Remove from the air fryer then serve with your favorite nacho toppings.
