                                Ingredients
- 16 oz salmon about 4 fillets
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp dried dill
 - 1/2 tsp Turmeric
 - 2 lemons sliced

Instructions
- Turn the broiler on and set it on hot. Place an oven rack under the broiler, 6 inches from the heat. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
 - Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
 - Mix all the spices in a bowl and sprinkle the spice mix on the salmon fillets. Place the lemon slices on the fillets.
 - Broil in the oven for 10 minutes until the salmon is cooked, opaque in color and flaky.
 - Serve warm with your favorite side dish.

Notes
- Depending on the size and thickness of the salmon it could take longer or shorter to broil it.
 - You'll know the salmon is cooked when the internal temperature registers at 145 degrees F and you can easily flake the fish using a fork.
 - To make this dish into a complete meal, you can serve it with fresh salads such as Mediterranean salad. For starchier side dishes, try homemade potato salad (no mayo), Greek lemon rice or instant pot brown rice.
 - Store the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pan or in the oven until warm.
