Easy Buffalo Chicken Wing Bites

Easy Buffalo Chicken Bites have all the great flavors of Buffalo chicken wings baked up into a soft and cheesy dough ball. This easy appetizer is a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 ½ cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce, heat is up to you
- 2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough
- ¼ cup butter melted
Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with tinfoil and cooking spray. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Using a large bowl, and a wooden spoon, mix chicken, cheese and wing sauce.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll each pizza dough. Cut each into 16 squares, 4 in each direction.
- Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture on to the center of each square. Pull corners together and pinch edges to seal in filling.
- Place 1 in. apart on your prepared sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot. Serve with dip. Enjoy!
Notes
- Storage:
- Refrigerator: Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freezer: Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat: Thaw in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven on 325 for 25-30 minutes. Cover loosely with aluminum foil if they begin to brown too much.
