Easy and quick to prepare bundt corn cake recipe with wheat flour.

Ingredients
- 4 small eggs or 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup of oil 180 grams
- 1 can of corn drained
- 1½ cups of sugar 240 grams
- 2 cups of wheat flour 280 grams
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Instructions
- Pre scale the ingredients to prepare this homemade corn cake recipe with wheat.
- In a blender, beat the corn (drained), eggs, oil and sugar until smooth and homogeneous.
- Transfer this corn cake mixture to a bowl.
- Pre-heat oven to 180C.
- Add the sifted wheat flour little by little to the corn mixture and mix until incorporated into the dough.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently mix with a whisk.
- Transfer the corn cake batter to a medium sized greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until the center comes out clean with a tooth pick or the internal cake temperature is about 96C.
- Remove from the oven and cool.
- Enjoy!
