Easy Cadbury Mini Egg Blondies Recipe

Easy Cadbury Mini Egg Blondies blend a classic blondie batter with chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs for a festive, candy-studded treat. Butter and brown sugar provide a rich, moist base, while eggs and vanilla add structure and flavor. The tender blondies bake to a soft texture with pockets of melting chocolate candy pieces throughout. This recipe is straightforward, suitable for casual baking with familiar ingredients, and brings seasonal colors and chocolate with Mini Eggs.

Description

This blondie recipe starts by creaming butter and brown sugar, then mixing in eggs and vanilla for a smooth batter. Flour and baking powder are added to provide lift and structure. Chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs are folded into the batter, distributing chocolate candy bits that soften during baking.

The mixture is poured into a well-greased casserole dish and baked at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The blondies have a soft, chewy texture with bursts of chocolate sweetness from the Mini Eggs.

These blondies are suitable for dessert or snack times and can bring a colorful candy twist to traditional blondies, making them enjoyable for spring or Easter-themed occasions.
