Description
The recipe uses prepared or homemade brownie batter spread evenly into a greased 13x9 inch pan. The cheesecake portion is made by beating softened cream cheese with sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy. The cheesecake mixture is spooned over the brownie batter and swirled with a knife to create a marbled effect. Ingredients
- 1 brownie mix 13×9 pan size - or Homemade Brownies -just double it, package
- 1 cream cheese package
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on package, or try Homemade Brownies here -just double it. Spread the batter into a greased 13×9 inch pan.
- Beat Cream Cheese with mixer until creamy. Add Sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls over brownie batter.
- Swirl with knife.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is slightly browned. Cool completely before cutting.
