Easy Chicken Marinade
Description
The marinade balances savory, tangy, and slightly sweet elements. Olive oil provides moisture, while balsamic vinegar and soy sauce add acidity and umami. Worcestershire sauce contributes complexity, and brown sugar softens acidity with sweetness. Dijon mustard and garlic provide sharp, pungent notes, seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper.
Chicken breasts are scored on top to allow deeper flavor penetration. The meat is marinated for at least 4 hours or overnight to maximize infusion. Grilling over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side or baking at 375°F for 30-35 minutes completes the cooking, producing tender, flavorful chicken.
The marinade is versatile and works well as a base for different cooking methods, supporting juicy results and layered flavors in the finished dish.
