Easy Chocolate Fudge
Description
Easy Chocolate Fudge is made by melting a mix of chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then poured into a lined pan to set. The quick setting fudge develops a firm yet creamy texture that slices cleanly into squares. Optional additions like marshmallows, nuts, peppermint, or toffee can be stirred in for varied flavors. A touch of sea salt flakes on top can enhance the chocolate’s richness by adding subtle salty notes.
The fudge doesn’t require refrigeration but chilling in the fridge helps it firm up faster. A sharp knife warmed in hot water cuts through the fudge cleanly, making neat portions. This treat is easy to customize and can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature, ready for casual snacking or sharing.

- This chocolate fudge sets fast so pour into a parchment paper-lined 9 x 9 pan, spreading it evenly. If using, sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Cover and allow it to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes and then transfer to the refrigerator to continue to set up.
- When ready to cut into squares, use a sharp knife. You may dip the knife in a glass of hot water to make it slide easier through the fudge.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature. This fudge doesn't need to be refrigerated.
Notes
