Easy Crostini with Smoked Fish and Dill

A quick and easy appetizer recipe, crispy crostini are topped with smoked fish dip, capers, red onion, tomatoes and dill. Ideal for brunch, baby showers or cocktail receptions.

Ingredients

  • 32 crostinis (store-bought or homemade )
  • 2 cups smoked grouper dip (Big O Smokehouse)
  • 1 cup minced red onion
  • 1 cup small dice tomato
  • fresh cracked pepper and salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup capers (drained)
  • 32 sprigs fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon or so of smoked grouper dip on each crostini then place on a large platter. Top each crostini with a sprinkle of minced onion and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle all with salt and pepper.
  2. Right before serving top each crostini with a couple capers and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
