Easy Dark Chocolate Chunk Brownies
Description
This brownie recipe involves melting unsalted butter and mixing it with sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs to form a base. Dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt are sifted and combined with the wet ingredients just until mixed, preserving a tender texture.
Chunks of dark chocolate are folded into the batter for extra pockets of chocolate flavor. The batter is portioned into a buttered and cocoa-powdered muffin tin, then baked at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-22 minutes, ensuring the brownies remain moist and avoid overbaking.
These brownies come out with a delicate crumb and deep chocolate flavor, suitable for serving as individual treats. They can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature and make a convenient portion-controlled dessert option.
