Easy Fruit Dip

This Easy Fruit Dip is creamy and luscious with the perfect hint of sweetness, with no added sugars.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener powdered, or allulose
  • 3 tablespoons honey sugar-free
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer until you have stiff peaks, then set aside.
  2. Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, honey and vanilla into a separate mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined. Mix in the whipped cream, in 3 separate additions.
  4. Mix just until combined, then chill in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
  5. Serve with a variety of fresh fruit.
