This funfetti frosting recipe is fast, easy, and uses ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry! It's perfect for cookies and cupcakes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar aka icing sugar
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
- 1 tablespoon milk + extra as needed
- 2 tablespoons Rainbow sprinkles or to taste
Instructions
- Let butter soften on counter (this step is crucial or it won't mix properly).
- Add the sugar, butter, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of milk to a mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer, mix on low until it has the consistency of frosting. If it's too thick, thin it out with a little bit of water at a time.
- Once it's at your desired consistency, add the sprinkles and mix or stir them in.
- Frost cookies or cupcakes as needed. I suggest keeping the frosting in a cool place if you're not going to use it right away (e.g. fridge) because it tends to get melty.
