Easy Garlic Green Beans

Report
Easy Garlic Green Beans roast green beans tossed with crushed garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender and crispy on the edges. This side dish can be enhanced with flaked almonds for texture or brightened with lemon juice and spices, delivering a flavorful vegetable accompaniment with a hint of roasted garlic.

Description

To prepare Easy Garlic Green Beans, fresh green beans are trimmed and coated with olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, sea salt, and black pepper. Roasting at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes, turning midway, achieves tender beans with slightly crispy edges and infused garlic aroma.

Optional toppings like flaked almonds add crunch and nutty flavor. Additional seasoning options include paprika, chili powder, or preferred spice blends for warmth and complexity. A squeeze of lemon juice before serving introduces a fresh acidity that balances the roasted flavor.

This recipe offers a straightforward approach to preparing a vegetable side dish that complements many main courses, utilizing simple ingredients and baking techniques to develop its flavor.
