Easy Gluten Free Seven Layer Bars
Description
Easy Gluten Free Seven Layer Bars start with combining almond flour, coconut flour, and salt stirred thoroughly with melted butter to form a pressed base in a baking pan. The bars are assembled in distinct layers topped with chocolate chips, then flaked sweetened coconut, followed by chopped pecans, providing a variety of textures from creamy chocolate to chewy coconut and crunchy nuts.
Sweetened condensed milk is poured over the layered ingredients before baking to hold the bars together and add moist sweetness. Baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes produces lightly browned edges and a set but chewy interior, typical of classic seven layer bars but adapted to a gluten-free flour base.
These bars offer a rich treat with multiple textures and are suitable for those avoiding gluten. The balance of flours and toppings creates a satisfying bite combining nutty, sweet, and chocolate notes.
