Easy Grape Salad

This easy grape salad with cream cheese is full of summery flavor and comes together fast. It only takes minutes to make this tasty treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 Tablespoons brown sugar divided
  • 3 cups green grapes seedless
  • 3 cups red grapes seedless
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Heath or Skor toffee pieces or chopped candy bar

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and 3 Tablespoons of brown sugar. Using a hand mixer, beat until well combined.
  3. Add the grapes to the bowl and fold in with a mixing spoon or spatula.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, pecans, walnuts and heath pieces.
  5. Sprinkle over the grape salad.
  6. Enjoy every bite as a snack or serve as a side dish with your favorite meal.

Notes

  • Tips:Make sure the grapes are nice and sweet and crispy.If the grapes are too large, you can cut them in half.I love the crunchy topping and added a few extra nuts. You can also toast the nuts for a minute or two for extra flavor.
  • Storage:Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
