Easy guacamole is quick to make and is perfect when used as a snack served with tortilla chips, dolloped onto burgers or served with cheesy nachos and quesadillas

Ingredients
- 4 avocado ripe
- ½ cup onion red, finely chopped
- ½-1 jalapeño finely chopped (to taste)
- 2-3 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- cilantro finely chopped, to taste, or coriander
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado flesh from the skins and place in a bowl.
- Mash with a fork then add the red onion, jalapeño, lemon juice, salt, pepper and coriander.
- Mix well and serve.
