  • 8 TBS butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the cereal, goldfish, pretzels, and cheese crackers.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the seasoning mixture over the cereal and cracker mixture, stir gently to coat everything evenly, then sprinkle the parmesan and cheddar cheese over it and stir again.
  5. Spread mixture out on baking sheets in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 45- 50 minutes, making sure to stir it every 15 minutes so it cooks evenly, until it's crisp and slightly browned.
  7. Cool completely on the baking sheets before serving.

Notes

  • Add one teaspoon of hot sauce to the butter before coating the cereal for an added kick. Or more if you want it really spicy!
  • For a tasty gift, put it in individual treat bags or small mason jars.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
  • Omit the onion powder if you'd like and just increase the garlic powder to one tsp instead of 3/4 tsp. This is how I typically make it (since I don't like onions); it tastes great either way.
