  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cream whole, heavy or whipping with at least 30% fat content

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, set aside.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk mixture until combined. Fold in the mashed or chopped kiwi.
  3. Place the mixture into a 9 inch (23cm) loaf pan or large freezer safe pan. Cover and freeze at least 3- 5 hours or until firm, even better to freeze over night. Serve topped with sliced or chopped fresh kiwi if desired. Enjoy!
