Easy Lemon Pepper Salmon
Description
This recipe involves placing salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, seasoning them lightly with salt, and then coating with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder. Baking at 400°F for 7 to 10 minutes cooks the salmon through while allowing it to develop a faint golden color. The lemon and garlic flavors provide a light citrus aroma and mild spice without overpowering the salmon’s natural taste.
This lemon pepper salmon works well served alongside fresh vegetables, grains, or salads as a main course. It is suitable for those preferring simple preparation and straightforward flavor profiles in baked fish recipes.
