These tasty Energy Balls are as easy to make as they are delicious and will keep you going all day long!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup dried cranberries finely chopped
- ¼ cup pecans
- 1 ¼ cups old fashioned oats
- ½ cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
- 3 coops Cacao Bliss
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Place cranberries and pecans in the food processor. Pulse a couple of times to break them up.
- Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips if using) and pulse in the food processor until it holds together and thickens.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop the mixture into 12 balls with a cookie scoop. Roll smooth and place on the prepared pan.
- Chill 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- If you do not have a food processor, finely chop the nuts and mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon.
- Different brands of peanut butter can have different consistencies, if needed add a few extra oats to reach desired consistency.
