Who loves Oreos? Is it you? Your family or friends? Well, whoever is the Oreo lover in your life, I have a delicious treat that will for sure become a favorite in your household. This Oreo Bark Recipe is quick to make and perfect for goodie bags or just a snack to make in a jiffy and enjoy with a glass of milk.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces dark chocolate baking bars chopped
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil divided
- 2 cups chopped Oreo Thins divided
- 12 ounces white chocolate baking bars chopped
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate and ½ teaspoon of coconut oil on 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between each.
- Use a rubber spatula to gently spread the melted chocolate out on the parchment paper until it’s a thin and even layer.
- Sprinkle ⅔ cup of the chopped Oreos on top of the chocolate before it starts to harden.
- Melt the chopped white chocolate and remaining coconut oil in a medium bowl on 30-second intervals until fully melted, stirring between each one.
- Use a rubber spatula to gently spread the white chocolate over the top of the Oreo and chocolate layer.
- Top the white chocolate with the remaining Oreos and let set until hard.
- Use a large knife to cut the bark into pieces.
