If a movie night is in your future or you may need another treat to add to a Christmas buffet during the holidays, then I have just the recipe for you! This Peppermint Bark Popcorn is super fun and perfect to share with friends and family. This takes bland popcorn to new heights.

Ingredients
- 7 ounces pre popped kettle corn
- ½ cup chocolate chips melted
- ½ cup white chocolate chips melted
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract divided
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil divided
- ½ cup crushed peppermint candy
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Spread the popcorn out in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in two separate bowls, each with ¼ teaspoon of peppermint extract and ½ teaspoon of coconut oil, on 30-second intervals until smooth. Make sure to stir between each round.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate mixtures over the top of the popcorn then sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies and sprinkles.
- Allow the chocolate to set for about 30 minutes then enjoy or bag up.
