Easy Panna Cotta Recipe

This panna cotta combines milk, heavy cream, sour cream, and vanilla gelatin to create a creamy, smooth dessert that sets firmly in the refrigerator. It is topped with a fresh raspberry sauce made by simmering raspberries with sugar and cooled before serving.

Description

The Easy Panna Cotta Recipe uses milk, heavy cream, and a touch of sour cream sweetened with sugar and infused with vanilla extract. Gelatin is softened in water and added to the warm dairy mixture to help it set after chilling. The mixture is poured into serving dishes and refrigerated until firm, resulting in a soft yet structured creamy dessert. A raspberry sauce made by simmering fresh raspberries with sugar is cooled to room temperature and spooned over the set panna cotta, providing a balance of sweet and tart flavors. This dessert offers a creamy texture and fresh berry topping, making it a delicate and refreshing finish to a meal.
