Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup old fashioned oats if preferred gluten free, also called rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1/3 cup SaltedPeanuts chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 cup raisins optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats, baking soda, and brown sugar
  3. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and eggs until completely combined
  4. Add the oat mixture into the peanut butter mixture and combine well with a spoon
  5. Pour in the peanuts and raisins. Mix
  6. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop up balls of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  7. Flatten the cookie balls with a fork
  8. Bake for 10-11 minutes
  9. Let them rest on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before placing them on a cookie rack to cool off completely
  10. Enjoy with a glass of milk
  11. Bake for 10-11 minutes
