- sugar , to taste
- juice from 1 lime
- 4 ounces (½ cups) 100% pineapple juice, adjust to your liking
Instructions
- Combine the sugar, mint, and 4 pieces of pineapple chunks in a cocktail shaker. Muddle with a wooden spoon until the sugar is dissolved and the pineapple and mint are crushed.
