  • 1 cake mix I used Butter Golden, box
  • 1 can pumpkin 100%, 15 oz
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice or water or milk
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
  2. Bake according to package directions (350 degrees). I used a Golden Butter cake mix, but you could use white or yellow or even spice cake.

While cake bakes, make glaze

  1. Whisk together ingredients until a pourable drizzle forms. Add more powdered sugar if its too thin, more apple juice if its too thick.
  2. Serve cake and drizzle glaze over the top.
