Easy Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread

Easy Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread uses canned cinnamon roll dough coated with pumpkin pie spice-sugar and layered in a Bundt pan with brown sugar and melted butter. The dough bakes into sticky, sweet pull-apart pieces infused with warm pumpkin spice flavors, finished with spiced glaze from the cinnamon roll icing.

Description

This recipe begins by cutting canned cinnamon roll dough into quarters and tossing the pieces in a bag with sugar and pumpkin pie spice to evenly coat each piece. The coated dough pieces are layered in a greased Bundt pan. A mixture of melted unsalted butter and brown sugar is poured over the dough, which melts during baking, creating a caramelized coating.

The bread bakes for 45-50 minutes at 3506F until dark golden brown and thoroughly cooked. After cooling briefly, the bread is inverted onto a plate and drizzled with icing mixed with pumpkin pie spice to enhance the warm spice flavor throughout the dish.

The pull-apart nature makes it ideal for sharing, brunch, or fall gatherings, combining soft cinnamon roll dough with the sweet and aromatic notes of pumpkin spice throughout.
