  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, add all ingredients, and mix well. Toss the tomato mixture on a sheet pan. Spread them out into one layer and roast for 30 to 40 minutes, until tomatoes are blistered and beginning to burst. Transfer the tomatoes to a serving platter. Serve hot or at room temperature.
