Description
The recipe involves peeling and dicing small Yukon Gold potatoes into uniform 2-centimeter cubes. The potatoes are tossed evenly with Chinese five spice powder, garlic powder, salt, and vegetable oil, which are massaged into the potatoes by hand to ensure full coating of spices and oil for even roasting.
Baked at 425°F on a large baking sheet without flipping, the potatoes develop a golden-brown, crisp exterior while maintaining a soft, tender inside. Ingredients
- 10 small potato Yukon gold variety
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
