Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , softened
- 250 ml whole milk
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch or all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Add the milk and whisk in the cornstarch in a small pan until completely dissolved. Place the pan over medium heat and stir continuously until it reaches a slow boil. The cream will thicken, so be careful not to let it stick to the bottom.
- Lower the heat and cook for a couple of more minutes until you reach the desired thickness. Pour the cream into a heatproof glass bowl and transfer it to the refrigerator to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, place the cream in a blender, add the unsalted butter, and blend until creamy and silky, about 5 minutes. That's it!😉 Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
