Instructions

  1. Prepare a clean wooden board to make the arrangements on. Cut out the body, head, and ears in the shape of a bunny out of gouda cheese.
  2. Create a "pillow" under the bunny ears and head using parsley and broccoli florets to add some greenery to your board.
  3. Use beef ham for the inside of the ears and the nose. For the eyes, place two blueberries, and for the whiskers, use the sprigs of parsley. Add cubes of carrots under the neck for a pop of color. Or use small pieces of fruit and string cheese for the bunny's face.
  4. Arrange the grapes, celery sticks, carrots, and bell peppers on both sides to fill out the entire board.
  5. Place the chocolate eggs in separate small bowls. Position each bowl at opposite sides of the board to create a balanced and visually appealing display.
  6. Fold the slices of beef and turkey ham to create cute little rolls and place them at the bottom of the board. Arrange the crackers, peanuts, and additional cheese slices on the board to fill in any gaps.
  7. Finally, use the remaining slices of Gouda cheese to shape the bunny's paws and legs, and make a bow tie out of beef ham slice, completing the adorable look of your Easter bunny charcuterie board!
