Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies
Description
Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies rely on natural peanut butter, butter, and a combination of white and brown sugars to form a creamy dough. Milk and vanilla balance the flavors while flour and baking soda give structure and leavening. Mixing the sugars and butter first ensures a smooth base before adding peanut butter, then flour and baking soda are folded in to complete the dough.
Cookies are spooned onto an ungreased sheet spaced two inches apart because the dough spreads substantially as they bake at 350°F. Baking for 13-15 minutes yields cookies with slightly crisp edges and a soft centre, showcasing the peanut butter’s nutty richness highlighted by the brown sugar’s molasses notes.
These cookies can be enjoyed as a snack or dessert, bringing a familiar peanut flavor without the need for eggs. The simple ingredient list makes them approachable for many home bakers looking for an egg-free option that still delivers satisfying texture and taste.
