Perfect for brunch celebrations, this simple bubbly elderflower prosecco cocktail will elevate your ho-hum mimosa. It's lightly sweet, floral and very sippable.

Ingredients
FOR COCKTAIL:
- ½ ounce elderflower liqueur such as St. Germaine or Côte Jolie
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ ounce honey syrup or more to taste
- 4 ounces Chilled Prosecco or other sparkling wine
FOR A CROWD (makes 12 cocktails)
- 6 ounces elderflower liqueur
- 3 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 ounces honey syrup
- 2 ml bottles prosecco
Instructions
TO ASSEMBLE THE DRINK
- Add the elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and cooled honey syrup to a champagne flute. Top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a strawberry, raspberry or thin lemon slice. Serve.
FOR A CROWD:
- Combine the elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and honey syrup in a glass jar or storage container and mix well.
- Refrigerate the elderflower syrup and prosecco several hours or overnight until well chilled.
- To serve fill each champagne flutes with 1 ounce of elderflower syrup and top with 4 ounces of prosecco. Serve.
Notes
- Use a moderately priced Prosecco, Cava or Sparkling Wine for the bubbles.
