Espresso Ice Cream (No-Churn)
Description
Espresso Ice Cream (No-Churn) uses instant espresso powder blended with vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk to deliver a pronounced coffee taste. The whipped heavy cream folds gently into the condensed milk mix, creating a light and creamy base that freezes into a scoopable texture. The process excludes churning, relying on the composition of the cream and slow freezing to achieve smoothness. The dark coffee notes paired with the creamy, mildly sweet frozen dessert result in a balanced treat with a firm yet creamy consistency.
The ice cream is ready after at least six hours in the freezer, allowing the flavors to meld and the texture to set properly. This no-churn method offers ease and flexibility, ideal for anyone without specialized kitchen equipment who desires a coffee-flavored frozen dessert.
Ingredients
- 185 ml heavy whipping cream cold, at least 36% MF (milkfat)
- 100 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 5 g instant espresso powder 2 sachets
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
Instructions
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into a chilled bowl.
