This simple baked chicken dinner is quick to make and only uses 5 ingredients, but is so packed with flavor it is anything but boring! Serve it with green beans, broccoli, salad, or roasted veggies for a wholesome meal!

Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup everything but the bagel seasoning
For the Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1/4 cup green onions
Instructions
- Create the filling by mixing softened cream cheese, garlic, and green onions together.
- Cut a slit horizontally in each chicken breast to create a pocket for the filling.
- Stuff each chicken breast with one quarter of the filling. Secure the chicken closed with a toothpick if needed.
- Roll the chicken in the everything bagel seasoning to coat all sides and place on a baking sheet or casserole dish.
- Bake at 400˚F for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165˚F. Time will vary depending on the size and thickness of your chicken breast.
