Get ready for quite literally the EASIEST recipe ever! Everything Bagel Stuffed Peppers have only 3-ingredients that come together in no time. Great make-ahead low carb snack or even a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients
- 18 mini peppers
- 12 oz cream cheese softened (1 1/2 bricks)
- 1/4 cup everything Bagel seasoning less or more, depending on taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice peppers lengthwise.
- Remove seeds and veins. Keep stem on for a pop of green, if desired.
- Fill each pepper half with cream cheese as generously as you desire, smoothing out as you go.
- Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning (or dip peppers in a bowl of seasoning for easier cleanup).
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Recipe makes 36 half peppers.
