- 1 log (16 oz) mozzarella fresh; pre-sliced
- 3 medium tomato cut into rounds, fresh
- ¼ cup basil shredded, fresh leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling, plus extra for serving
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze for serving
- bread optional for dipping, sliced; crusty
Instructions
- Create the Candy Cane: On a large platter, alternate the mozzarella and tomato slices to form a candy cane shape.
