Feta Jalapeno Flatbread

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 whole wheat flatbread
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • 4 teaspoon Dietz & Watson Jalapeno Spread or more
  • 2 ounces feta cheese crumbled, Dietz & Watson Originals brand
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Brush each flatbread with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Sprinkle each with half of the garlic powder and salt.
  3. Top the flatbreads with tomatoes, jalapeno spread and feta cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted and the flatbread is light golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Cut each flatbread into 4 pieces. Serve.
