These fig tarts are simple to make with only three ingredients -- ready made puff pastry, honey, and of course the star of the show...figs. Figs drizzled with honey and baked soften and sweeten the fruit and adds a delicious roasted flavor. Sprinkle the pastries with some raw sugar and voila you have a lovely sweet pastry to enjoy for dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed according to package directions
- 1 pound figs cut into ½” wedges
- raw sugar
- honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut pastry into six 4” squares, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and prick all over with a fork.
- Top with figs, leaving a ½” border. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake tarts until edges of pastry are puffed and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with more sugar just before servings.
Notes
- These taste best fresh! You can serve them warm with vanilla ice cream!
