Fig Tarts with Honey and Raw Sugar

These fig tarts are simple to make with only three ingredients -- ready made puff pastry, honey, and of course the star of the show...figs. Figs drizzled with honey and baked soften and sweeten the fruit and adds a delicious roasted flavor. Sprinkle the pastries with some raw sugar and voila you have a lovely sweet pastry to enjoy for dessert.
