Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cucumber
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons onion white, chopped
  • 15 liquid stevia drops
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Using a mandolin or a knife, cut cucumbers into thin slices.
  2. Add all ingredients into a container and seal.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
