This delightful recipe is easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs beaten thoroughly
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 6 lices or more of bread
For Serving:
- butter
- powdered sugar
- maple syrup
- Fresh fruit
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Whisk together the eggs, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon & milk until thoroughly combined.
- Dip each slice of bread (on both sides) into the egg mixture then place it directly into the hot skillet.
- Cook 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
- Serve with butter, sprinkled powder sugar, and maple syrup.
- I served with fresh fruit & turkey sausage. Enjoy.
