Fresh Berry White Chocolate Bark
Description
This recipe involves melting white chocolate using either a double boiler or microwave, then pouring it into a parchment-lined pan. The chocolate is smoothed out and topped with fresh raspberries and blackberries, which are gently pressed into the surface to adhere.
After the chocolate sets, either at room temperature or chilled, it is removed with the parchment paper and broken into irregular pieces. The firmness of white chocolate combined with the fresh berries creates a textural contrast—creamy, smooth chocolate alongside juicy, slightly tart berries.
This bark makes for an easy-to-make dessert or snack that highlights the natural flavors of the chosen berries. It can be served immediately or stored for later enjoyment.
